I graduated from the Chef's Academy at the top of the class and have 6.5 years in the industry. I also spent some time at Vida and was on the team when we earned the AAA four-diamond award. Outside of work I like to play music, I can play multiple instruments. I love Gallery for the atmosphere and the bond you can feel between the staff. I started here to learn, grow, and prosper in a different environment than I'm used to.
